Jim
Weichert is recognized in the Brokerage category, which is reserved for
luminaries who have made waves in the residential real estate brokerage
business. Inman News cites Weichert’s 40
years of sales experience and the growth of Weichert, Realtors from a single
office in 1969 to one of the largest privately held real estate companies in
the nation as the primary reason for his inclusion on their list.
Joining
Weichert on the Inman News list is Michael Montsko, president of Weichert Lead
Network. Montsko is acknowledged in the
Technology and Online Real Estate category, which is reserved for leaders in
technology development who have changed the way that real estate professionals
conduct business. Montsko is honored for
his oversight of the Weichert Lead Network, which includes a multi-million
