Weichert, Realtors® Opens New Franchise Offices Including Its First in Nevada

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. – Weichert Real
Estate Affiliates, Inc., the rapidly growing franchise arm of Weichert,
Realtors®, continues its nationwide expansion with the opening of its first Nevada affiliate, located in Reno.
The company also announced new franchises in Annapolis Junction, Md., and Kasson,
Minn.
Welcoming
the new franchisees, Martin J. Rueter, president of Weichert Real Estate

Service, Annapolis Junction, Md. Broker Bill Boettner and Doug Milburn
are the owners of this real estate/home-building company located in the
middle of the D.C./Baltimore corridor.
- WEICHERT, REALTORS® -
Buckingham Associates, Kasson,
Minn. The state’s fourth Weichert franchise,
this southern Minnesota
agency is owned by Broker John Buckingham and Deb Guenther.
- WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Pevy
& Associates, Reno,
Nev. Weichert’s first affiliate in the Silver State is a seven-year-old company
owned by Broker Michael Pevy.
